Help me please. Need serious advice.

Sorry i think this will be a lengthy one but i am so lost and things are happening so fast I really dont know what to do. So i made a Model Mayhem account like many many people suggested that I do. Hello, My name is Michael. I have always wanted to try and Model and I figure now is a good time to start trying. The thing is I don't have professional photos of me and those shoots can cost so much money but I really need some to build my portfolio.
